Michael did an amazing job in connecting with our Super 15 and All Black rugby coaches who are rarely an easy audience. He won them over immediately delivering his message in such a powerful way. He was simple (everything you needed to know and nothing you didn’t), unexpected, credible, very knowledgeable, articulate and effective. His talk made it really clear what the coaches would have to do to nail their cultures.
