There is an old business adage that if your thinking inside your company is not transforming and developing as fast as the world or market place around you, your business is in trouble.
One of the ways I like to stimulate, develop and adapt my thinking is through reading books. A lot of books. I typically read about 50 books a year. Finding the right book to read and the time to digest them is a challenge worth meeting. As you have no doubt experienced for yourself it often takes just one idea from one book to make all that reading worthwhile.
To help you explore some of the most recent books that are making an impact in business at present, my publishers, Wiley, have packaged together sample chapters of the best recent business books they have produced.
I’m delighted to say that my recently published book “Above the Line; How to create a company culture that engages employees delights customers and delvers results” was selected as one of the sample chapters.
To access and kick start your reading you can access the free Ebook of the sample chapters here.
Enjoy your reading.
