Unfolding Your Culturing Pathway

To have a strong Cultural Pathway means the leaders in the business have the awareness and skills to lead and inspire the culture by:
  • Aligning with the three perennial forces of culture; Control, Focus and Development.
  • Working with the nine culture weaving skills, to leverage culture for optimum effectiveness for the business and fulfilment for the people

I liken a leader's role in developing workplace culture to a weaver. Taking the various strands of culture and weaving them together creating a 'fabric' that invites everyone to be a contributing, respected and acknowledged member of the organization.

My R&D team and I have spent over ten years identifying the 'touch points' that most effectively build culture. These 'touch points' are the key elements that all leaders need to be aware of and skilled in inspiring within their own culture.

 

The Culturing Pathway consists of 9 x 90 minute workshops, delivering practical and instantly usable skill sets and frameworks for working with each 'focus point,' and supporting leaders to become weavers of their own workplace culture.
