Mentoring

Michael is a fully trained and vastly experienced mentor in personal values alignment. With over nineteen years experience and thousands of values mentoring sessions under his belt Michael has developed a highly attuned eye and ear for aligning people with their highest priority values. Training

Along with the trainers at Michael's Research centre, Values AT Work, Michael offers training in the three Ps’ of cultural progress; Perspective, Pathways and Planning. Values AT Work also offer advanced accreditation for organizations wishing to implement comprehensive personal values development programmes to their employees.
