The last couple of weeks has seen articles in the New Zealand Herald on the 'capabilities' today's leaders need to have in order to be effective. The most recent article talked about self awareness a capability that is at the heart of the Leadership Mentoring my clients have been benefiting from for a number of years.

The most recent article talked about self awareness a capability that is at the heart of the Leadership Mentoring my clients have been benefiting from for a number of years.

My Leadership D.N.A Mentoring centers around people being able to identify and understand the personal values motivating their behaviour, shaping their decision making and strategic thinking as well as focusing their attention and energy. This exploration of values enables people to become more self aware of WHY they react the way they do in certain experiences/situations. This 'deep level' self awareness helps leaders become more 'in control' of situations becoming more responsive that reactive.
